Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

Online Bookings: Full payment is taken at the time of booking. 

Telephone and Email Bookings: A 50% deposit is required over the phone to secure your appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice deposit or prepayment will be retained. 
• We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can happen. In such cases, this fee may be waived at the discretion of the practitioner. 

If we need to cancel your appointment and we are unable to rebook to your satisfaction, any deposit or prepayment will be refunded in full.
